Implementation

The Integration of new equipment and processes particularly at the start of any new contract is critical. Pavilion has a process in place that tackles the implementation process head on.

During the initial stage of implementation we employ extra staff from within Pavilion to form part of the implementation team. These staff are handpicked for their skills to manage the process of change and are over and above the number that will eventually be left to manage the Reprographics area on a day to day basis.

Our implementation staff are taken from all parts of our business depending on the skill sets required to manage the process going forward. Typically during implementation we have staff from IT; marketing; HR & accounts. Also on site will be an experienced Pavilion manager who will work within the print room until it is stable and meeting all agreed SLA's. This additional manager works with the print room manager so that new ways of working are formed and processes introduced to enable the smooth running and up most efficiency.

Pavilion has managed the implementation of numerous print rooms and our staff have been involved in the TUPE process of hundreds of employees.
