Pavilion is happy to discuss print and reprographic operations on site at any type of location, but we have found more and more that there are certain markets where we have particular knowledge.

Legal

Accuracy of information and the basic systems to run reprographics with accuracy and timeliness at its forefront. Add to this security accreditation under ISO 27001 and the independent vetting of all staff and you have the basis of our legal work. Often we are asked to handle large quantities of external, poorly prepared, hard copy originals and ensure that client integrity and billing systems are maintained. We have experience of producing intelligent PDF files and OCR based files for reference and working with legal document management systems.

Financial Services

Like Legal the security of information is paramount. FSA standard vetting of staff and ISO security accreditations ensure confidentiality. The other main priority is speed of response. Documents need to be printed within defined timescales to meet deadlines which cannot be compromised. This often requires innovative solutions to working hours, machines capacity and the role of on-site and off-site partners. Our position as reprographics operator to the FSA itself says more about our qualifications than anything!
